Boutiques Singapore Expands Regionally with First Ever Bangkok Edition Showcasing Over 120 Independent Brands

Singapore’s renowned independent design platform Boutiques Singapore is set to make its regional debut with the launch of Boutiques Asia: The Bangkok Edition 2026, marking a significant milestone in its journey from a local creative marketplace to a regional design destination.

Taking place from 24 to 26 July 2026 at Bangkok’s iconic ICONSIAM, the inaugural event will bring together more than 120 independent brands from across Asia and beyond, including a strong representation of Singapore-based labels. Visitors can also look forward to over 70 exclusive launches, offering first access to new brands, limited releases, and special product drops available only at the event.

What began in Singapore in 2002 as a one-day event featuring just 17 brands has grown into one of the country’s most recognised platforms for independent design. The expansion into Bangkok reflects both the growing strength of Singapore’s creative ecosystem and the increasing ambition of local businesses seeking opportunities beyond their home market. Supported by Enterprise Singapore, the initiative aims to help Singapore enterprises enter new markets and connect directly with regional audiences.

The Bangkok edition will stay true to the spirit that has made Boutiques Singapore a success by focusing on meaningful interactions between creators and consumers. Founders and designers will be present throughout the event, giving visitors the opportunity to engage directly with the people behind the brands. The showcase will span fashion, accessories, homeware, lifestyle products, food, beauty, wellness, art, and design, creating a holistic experience that blends Singapore’s design sensibilities with Bangkok’s vibrant creative culture.

Among the Singapore brands making an appearance is Tow Tow, a design studio known for combining leather craftsmanship with 3D printing technology. The brand will introduce its Build A Bag and Build A Charm experiences outside Singapore for the first time, allowing visitors to personalise bags and accessories on site. Fashion label GRAYE will present a collection designed around a three-part dressing system for tropical climates, featuring lightweight fabrics and an exclusive colourway available only at Boutiques Asia. Thailand’s Mala Tara will showcase its organic whole flower teas and debut a limited-edition floral bundle created exclusively for the event.

Fashion enthusiasts can expect a diverse mix of regional labels. Singapore shoemaker Palola will make its first overseas appearance with three new collections, while Indonesian womenswear label SAYA will bring collections fresh from Jakarta Fashion Week 2026. Singapore activewear brand cheak will launch an exclusive Thailand edition of its Pilates Crew Socks, while Shanghai label LE NGOK will showcase its latest avant garde creations.

Accessories will also take centre stage with brands such as Days of Ever, Aomorie, WN White Noise, The WES Studio, and STUDIO INGRID BURGOS presenting thoughtfully crafted pieces that blend functionality, craftsmanship, and contemporary design.

Beyond fashion and retail, Boutiques Asia will offer a multi-sensory experience through art, wellness, fragrance, tea culture, and food. Industry+ will present “No Boundaries”, an exhibition featuring contemporary collectible works from designers and artists across Asia, including Studio Karyn Lim from Singapore, Studio Act of Kindness from Thailand, and Multistandard from Japan. Featured works include sculptural vessels woven from recycled plastic bags, furniture inspired by fossilisation processes, and experimental contemporary design pieces.

Beauty and wellness visitors can discover new products such as RE’s Firming Night Cream, while fragrance house SCENT JOURNER will unveil new creations inspired by Asian ingredients, including a Bird’s Nest fragrance and a Salted Egg Yolk Candle. Award winning tea brand Pryce Tea will showcase innovative blends and introduce its YUNNAN Red Tea Botanical Scent, while Japanese design collective CEMENT PRODUCE DESIGN will present handcrafted products that celebrate traditional regional craftsmanship.

Adding a distinctly Singaporean flavour to the event, Enterprise Singapore will debut the Tasty Singapore food truck in Bangkok. The activation will feature dishes created using Singapore food and beverage products, specially adapted for Thai tastes. Singapore chef Enoch Teo, founder of Fatt Chicken, will lead live cooking demonstrations, while visitors can also shop for Singaporean products and exclusive merchandise.

The event will also spotlight growing creative ties between Singapore and Thailand through a series of collaborative projects. Singapore accessories brand TALKING TOES will launch an exclusive collection with Thai artist Fluffy Omelet, with part of the proceeds supporting the Soi Dog Foundation. Regional art platform GOFY will host artist talks and workshops featuring Thai artists DuckRuai and Nat Kunyapat, alongside a showcase of merchandise and artworks from creators across the region.

With its blend of independent design, creative entrepreneurship, cultural exchange, and immersive experiences, Boutiques Asia: The Bangkok Edition 2026 aims to introduce a new platform for regional discovery while giving Singapore brands a valuable opportunity to expand their reach across Southeast Asia.

Tickets for Boutiques Asia: The Bangkok Edition 2026 are now available.
