Organisations he worked for include DBS Bank, honestbee, News Corp, Singapore Press Holdings and the Olympic Games, in local, regional and global roles.
He is currently the executive director for brand and customer experience at SingEx Holdings, a Temasek subsidiary MICE company and a director at AM Collective Pte Ltd, the parent company for Alvinology.com.

Alvin enjoys the typical geeky stuff – reading random nuggets of gossip and facts you find on the web; watching tonnes of movies and DVDs – be they good or bad; collecting old cartoons and toys he couldn’t afford when he was younger; accumulating truckloads of Japanese manga, Marvel and Dark Horse graphic novels; doing random illustrations, a graphic design or a video… the list goes on.
He also loves traveling and good food.
In short, Alvin has a short attention span and his mind keeps wandering all over the place at any single moment. That’s why he likes the Internet as it allows his scatter-brained nature to showcase itself best. He considers himself as a Jack of all Trades who can juggle marketing, design, illustration, photography and video production all rolled into one.
Despite his random nature, Alvin had the honour of working with established brands like Coca-Cola, Nestle, Nikon, Panasonic, AirAsia, Jetstar Asia, Destination New South Wales and the Hong Kong Tourism Board through his blog.
