Clarins Travel Retail has partnered with Changi Airport Group and The Shilla Duty Free Singapore to launch the Clarins Beauty Concierge Singapore Edition, a Changi First global concept that transforms airport shopping into an immersive beauty experience. Running from 7 July to 16 August 2026 at Changi Airport Terminal 1 Departure Transit, the pop up combines personalised beauty services, interactive experiences and Singapore inspired design to create a memorable journey for both local and international travellers.

Inspired by the elegance of luxury hospitality, the Clarins Beauty Concierge incorporates Singapore’s cultural identity through shophouse inspired architecture, Peranakan motifs, mosaic tile patterns and iconic local design elements. The concept aims to elevate the traditional travel retail experience by blending beauty expertise with storytelling and personalised customer engagement.

Guided by the theme “Check In, Indulge, Check Out Beautiful”, visitors begin their journey at the Welcome Concierge, where they receive a personalised Beauty Key and journey card that unlock rewards and exclusive gifts throughout the experience. They can then visit the Beauty Lounge, where Clarins beauty experts provide customised skincare recommendations based on individual needs and lifestyles.

At the Beauty Bar, guests can experiment with makeup looks inspired by some of Singapore’s most recognisable landmarks, including Changi Airport, Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. The experience concludes at the Beauty Elevator, an interactive photo installation where visitors select their skincare goals before posing against Singapore inspired backdrops, creating a personalised Clarins photo keepsake.

Alongside the interactive experiences, travellers can shop a curated range of Changi exclusive travel retail sets presented in specially designed Peranakan inspired packaging created exclusively for the Singapore Edition.
Among the featured collections is the Clarins Double Serum and Extra Firming Blockbuster Set, which pairs the brand’s signature Double Serum with the Extra Firming Cream and a refill, offering a skincare routine focused on improving firmness and radiance while supporting more sustainable beauty practices.
Also available is the Clarins Precious Cream and Eye Care Ritual Set, featuring premium skincare products designed to nourish, firm and illuminate the skin. The collection includes a massage tool to enhance the skincare routine, together with travel sized Clarins essentials suited for frequent travellers.
The Clarins Iconic Red Edit pays tribute to Singapore’s signature red with the Joli Rouge lipstick in shade 768, accompanied by a complimentary mini Lip Comfort Oil for added lip care.
Travellers who meet the minimum spending requirement can also receive the Ultimate Indulgence Exclusive Reward, which includes a jewellery box inspired by Singapore’s Peranakan heritage together with a curated selection of Clarins beauty products.
