The Meatmen Group has officially launched rice., its first flagship F&B concept, located within RASA Space at Republic Plaza. The March debut signals a major evolution for the brand, best known for its digital food storytelling, as it steps confidently into a new era of building, operating, and scaling experiential dining spaces in Singapore.
Positioned as a home for food lovers, rice. brings together dining, events, and catering under one roof, a hybrid model designed to reach diverse audiences and collaborate with brands, venues, and organisations across the island. At its core, the concept remains a welcoming space anchored in Asian comfort food, designed to evoke nostalgia while surprising diners with inventive interpretations.
The menu at rice. spotlights the humble grain as both a hero ingredient and a cultural symbol. From contemporary creations to heartwarming favourites, each dish reflects familiar Asian flavours presented with modern culinary techniques.
Signature plates include the Laksa Seafood Pao Fan, which reimagines traditional rice soup with a rich, coconut-forward laksa broth and crisp rice puffs, and the Pulut Hitam Panna Cotta, a fun, refined twist on the classic local dessert. Comfort remains central to the dining experience with offerings such as the Signature Smokey Fish Soup infused with aromatic charcoal oil and Spicy Shrimp Lemper Rolls featuring perfectly steamed and seared glutinous rice.
These dishes capture the essence of rice.: comforting yet inventive, reminiscent of home while exciting enough to crave again and again.
The launch also marks The Meatmen Group’s first major milestone since being acquired by The Wolfpack. The partnership combines The Meatmen’s strengths in culinary creativity and community engagement with The Wolfpack’s operational and strategic expertise, driving the development of scalable, future-focused F&B concepts.
As the flagship embodiment of this new direction, rice. is envisioned as a platform for innovation: spanning collaborations, cultural showcases, brand integrations, and immersive dining experiences.
Through partnerships with RASA Space, SōngHè rice, and Makoto-Ya sake, rice. aims to redefine the traditional restaurant model, transforming it into a hub where food, community, and creativity meet.
