JBL recently transformed PPP Coffee at New Bahru into a vibrant hub of music and coffee culture with its first-ever Sip & Sound café takeover, held from 11 to 17 July.
The pop-up event combined premium audio experiences with artisanal brews, offering visitors a unique sensory journey.

Guests enjoyed a curated menu featuring treats like the Noisette Chocolat (S), a bittersweet hazelnut chocolate delight, and the Black Sesame Choux (S), a light pastry filled with aromatic sesame cream. Specialty drinks, such as the Orange Latte (S.5/S.5) and the refreshing Strawberry Mojito Fizz (S.5), were paired with immersive listening sessions using JBL’s latest headphones:

Priced at S9, these headphones boast groundbreaking features like JBL Smart Tx technology, which allows wireless audio transmission from any USB-C or analog source, and True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0 with an 8-microphone system for real-time adjustments.
Attendees explored Product Demo Zones to test the Tour One M3’s advanced capabilities, including JBL Spatial 360 sound with head tracking and Personi-Fi 3.0 for personalized audio profiles.
The Sip & Sound Record Store added a nostalgic twist, offering vinyl-style sleeves linked to curated playlists. Guests could scan, pair with a JBL device, and enjoy music in high fidelity.
For social media enthusiasts, the #SipAndSound photobooth provided fun backdrops and props, with the first 10 daily participants receiving complimentary pastries.
