Amber Lounge Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Star-Studded Success at the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix

Amber Lounge marked its 20th anniversary in spectacular fashion during the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix weekend. Held at The Clifford Pier at The Fullerton Bay Hotel, this sold-out celebration transformed the historic venue into the pinnacle of exclusivity, attracting racing legends, celebrities, and VIP guests from around the globe.

A Star-Studded Weekend

On Saturday, Amber Lounge partnered with Gumball 3000 for a joint celebration of the rally’s 25th anniversary, featuring founder Maximillion Cooper, Australian YouTuber Lazerbeam, and rally participants. Sunday’s event saw the presence of Formula 1 icons, including David Coulthard, Mick Doohan, Mario Isola, and McLaren F1 Academy driver Bianca Bustamante. Adding to the glitz, Canadian actor Simu Liu, actress Liza Soberano, Cordell Broadus (son of Snoop Dogg), and football legend Patrice Evra were among the many celebrities gracing the event.

A Heartfelt Start

Amber Lounge kicked off its festivities with its first-ever Charity Gala Dinner, co-hosted by Sir Jackie Stewart OBE at Raffles Singapore. Attended by over 140 VIPs, the gala supported Race Against Dementia, raising significant funds for dementia research. Guests were treated to gourmet dining, a fashion show by designer Lontessa, and a fireside panel featuring F1 Academy drivers, documented by Netflix for an upcoming docuseries.

With over 1,500 VIP attendees, Amber Lounge was a sold-out success, offering luxury experiences both indoors and aboard a 65 ft yacht moored at The Clifford Pier. The weekend featured Amber Lounge’s signature Diamond Suite, sold for an impressive SGD120,000, and cocktails from Night Hawk, ranked No.16 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024. Miss Universe Singapore 2024 crowned Charlotte Chia on Saturday night, adding elegance to the weekend’s festivities.

The entertainment lineup was electrifying, with performances by DJ Austin Millz, DJ Klingande, and DJ Tay James, alongside immersive aerial and cirque-inspired shows, all in true Amber Lounge fashion.
