Joseph Schooling!
The Olympic swimming gold medalist garnered a whopping 60% of total votes, the highest winning margin ever since we started this poll five years ago!
We may be a small country, but for Singaporeans, 2016 will definitely be remembered as the year one of our own went out there and proved that we have what it takes to stun the world if we dream big.
Schooling’s Olympic journey with his family will continue to inspire Singaporeans for years to come. We are a small country with big ambitions. Never forget that.
