Starbucks Singapore is introducing a new way for coffee lovers to enjoy their iced espresso beverages with the launch of Aerocano, a smoother and more textured take on the classic iced Americano that combines visual theatre with barista craftsmanship.
Available in Singapore from 25 May, the new Aerocano range features a signature air whipped technique that creates a soft, velvety microfoam and a gentle cascading effect in the cup. Designed around the idea of slowing down before the first sip, the drink delivers a layered coffee experience that is meant to be both visually calming and flavourful.
Built using Starbucks Blonde Espresso, the Aerocano is crafted by aerating freshly pulled espresso to create a creamy foam texture that slowly settles over the darker espresso beneath, forming a soft ombré effect. Starbucks baristas carefully control the timing, sequence and intensity during preparation to ensure a consistently smooth finish in every cup.
The new line-up includes two variations. The Starbucks Aerocano, priced at S$6.50 for a Grande size, offers a creamy smooth iced espresso experience that reimagines the traditional Americano with a lighter, air whipped texture and layered finish.
For those who prefer a citrusy twist, the Starbucks Yuzu Aerocano is priced at S$6.90 for a Grande size and combines the same silky espresso texture with bright yuzu notes for a more refreshing flavour profile. The addition of citrus lifts the coffee while maintaining espresso as the central flavour.
Both beverages are available exclusively as iced handcrafted drinks in Grande size only. Customers can purchase them in stores across Singapore or order through the Starbucks app using Mobile Order & Pay starting from 25 May.
