Para-athlete Jason Chee loses right eye to cancer, his fighting spirit is still strong as ever

He lost both his legs, left arm and three fingers on his right hand to a horrific accident abroad a naval ship in 2012. Navy serviceman and para-athlete Jason Chee now has lost his right eye too. Couple who bullied elderly man at Toa Payoh hawker centre fined, woman wants to say “really sorry to uncle”

A couple who got into a spat with an elderly man at a hawker centre in Toa Payoh in June has been fined S$2,700 on Friday (11 August). Chow Chuin Yee, 46, was fined $1,500 for using criminal force by using his body to push against 76-year-old Ng Ai Hua. His partner, Tay Puay Leng, 39, was fined S$1,200 for using abusive words on Mr Ng with the intent to cause alarm, the local media reported.
