The 2026 Crunchyroll Anime Awards is set to get even bigger as Crunchyroll unveiled a fresh lineup of celebrity presenters headed to Tokyo for the milestone tenth edition of the annual event.
Among the newly announced names are BamBam, TEN, Ethan Bortnick, and Young Miko, reflecting anime’s growing influence across music, entertainment, and global pop culture.
The new presenters join an already high profile lineup of anime fans and entertainment personalities that includes Asuka Saito, RZA, Rashmika Mandanna, The Weeknd, and Winston Duke.
BamBam, best known as a member of K-pop group GOT7, has continued to build his solo music career since 2021, showcasing a broader range of artistry beyond his role as the group’s rapper.
Meanwhile, Ethan Bortnick has gained international attention for blending classical music with modern sounds. His singles “cut my fingers off” and “engravings” have collectively amassed over 135 million Spotify streams as he continues pushing classical inspired music into mainstream audiences.
TEN, a member of NCT and WayV, has also built a standout solo career. Following his solo debut with “Nightwalker” in 2024, his 2025 EP “Stunner” topped iTunes album charts in 19 countries, with Billboard naming it one of the best K-pop songs of the year.
Joining them is Young Miko, the GRAMMY nominated Puerto Rican artist who has become one of the most influential names in global music today. With more than 20 million monthly Spotify listeners and over 21 million followers across social media platforms, she continues to expand her global fanbase through her genre blending sound and strong stage presence.
The Crunchyroll Anime Awards will take place on Saturday, 23 May 2026 in Tokyo. The ceremony will once again be hosted by entertainer Jon Kabira and voice actress Sally Amaki.
