Following the success of its inaugural launch, Vogue Leaders 2026 continues the publication’s mission of celebrating female thought leadership by recognising women whose influence, innovation, and vision are shaping the future.

This year’s honourees come from a wide range of fields including technology, finance, sports, arts, hospitality, fashion, entertainment, and social advocacy, reflecting the many forms leadership can take in today’s world.

Celebrating Modern Leadership

Vogue Leaders 2026 explores the journeys behind each honouree through a series of exclusive profiles and interviews. Readers can expect personal insights into the defining moments, values, and experiences that have guided each woman’s path to success.

The initiative also underscores Vogue Singapore’s continued commitment to amplifying voices that are driving meaningful progress while challenging traditional perceptions of leadership.

Public nominations for the 2026 edition opened on International Women’s Day, complemented by editorial selections and industry recommendations. Final honourees were chosen through a rigorous evaluation process led by Vogue Singapore’s editorial team, based on leadership, innovation, cultural influence, and contributions to their respective sectors.
