vivo Singapore has officially opened its first Experience & Service Store at 313@somerset, combining retail and after-sales support under one roof to offer customers a seamless vivo experience.

A New Destination for vivo Fans in Orchard Road

Located at B2-44, 313 Orchard Road, the store allows visitors to explore the latest vivo smartphones, enjoy live product demonstrations, and receive personalised guidance from trained product specialists. The integrated space reflects vivo Singapore’s commitment to strengthening its local presence and providing comprehensive customer support following its 30th anniversary celebrations last September.

Hands-On with vivo’s Latest Devices

Visitors can get up close with flagship devices such as the X200 FE, X Fold5, V60, V60 Lite, and the latest X300 Series, showcasing vivo’s innovations in smartphone imaging, foldable technology, and sleek design. On-site after-sales specialists are also available to provide device diagnostics, technical consultations, and support services, ensuring reliable assistance for all vivo devices.

Retail hours run from 11:00am to 9:00pm daily, while after-sales service is available from 11:00am to 8:00pm.
