OPPO has officially launched the Reno15 Series, introducing the Reno15 Pro Max 5G, Reno15 5G and Reno15 F 5G as its latest all-in-one creative smartphones. Designed to empower the next generation of creators, the new lineup debuts a 50MP Ultra Wide Selfie Camera, enhanced portrait imaging and creator-focused video tools that streamline the entire workflow from capture to editing, often with just a single tap.
Beyond imaging, the Reno15 Series delivers strong endurance with batteries of up to 6,500mAh paired with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, allowing users to create and consume content without interruption. Running on ColorOS 16, powered by the all-new Trinity Engine, the devices promise smooth, reliable performance backed by OPPO’s up to 6-Year Fluency Protection certification.
Building on the popular design language of the Reno14 Series, the Reno15 Series draws inspiration from the ethereal beauty of the aurora. Its One-piece Sculpted Glass back is accented by the Dynamic Stellar Ring camera housing, which creates a soft halo-like glow that shifts with the light.
Display options across the range are equally premium. The Reno15 Pro Max 5G leads with a 6.78-inch 120Hz Smart Adaptive Display featuring ultra-slim 1.15mm symmetrical bezels, among the thinnest in its class. The Reno15 5G and Reno15 F 5G follow closely with 6.59-inch and 6.57-inch 120Hz displays respectively.
Designed for real-world creativity, the series comes with IP66, IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance, allowing users to shoot confidently in challenging outdoor environments. Splash Touch technology further ensures reliable screen responsiveness even with wet hands.
At the heart of the Reno15 Series is OPPO’s most creator-centric imaging setup yet. The newly introduced 50MP Ultra Wide Selfie Camera offers a 100° field of view, making it easy to capture group selfies, wide landscapes and immersive vlogs without awkward angles or selfie sticks. For vloggers, the ultra-wide perspective allows reactions and surroundings to be captured in a single frame, perfect for travel and lifestyle content.
For portrait enthusiasts, the 50MP Telephoto Portrait Camera on the Reno15 Pro Max 5G and Reno15 5G uses a periscope lens with a focal length close to the classic 85mm portrait standard, delivering natural perspective and beautifully blurred backgrounds. The Reno15 Pro Max 5G further ups the ante with a 200MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera, providing exceptional detail and flexibility for cropping without loss of clarity.
The series also introduces AI Flash Photography 2.0, featuring dual rear flashes for softer, more natural lighting and a new front screen flash that adds a gentle glow to selfies, even in low-light conditions. Backed by the Reno Portrait Engine and Skin Tone Improvement algorithms, images retain natural textures while benefiting from enhanced clarity and colour accuracy.
Editing is taken to the next level with a suite of intelligent AI tools. AI Portrait Glow acts as a digital lighting assistant, rescuing shots taken in difficult lighting conditions such as backlit or overexposed scenes. The new Popout feature allows users to merge multiple photos into layered compositions where subjects appear to leap out of the frame.
Motion Photo editing also gets a boost. AI Motion Photo Eraser removes unwanted objects across entire clips with one tap, while AI Motion Photo Slow-Mo uses AI frame interpolation to transform standard Motion Photos into cinematic slow-motion sequences.
Designed with content creators in mind, the Reno15 Series offers a comprehensive video toolkit. 4K HDR Ultra-Steady Video delivers vivid colours, strong dynamic range and stable footage, even while on the move.
Creator-friendly features such as Dual-View Video allow simultaneous recording with front and rear cameras, while Seamless Camera Switch enables instant transitions during recording, perfect for dynamic, one-take videos. The upgraded Video Editing 2.0 tools make it easy to polish content directly within the Photos app.
Under the hood, the Reno15 Series delivers fluid performance for daily use and gaming. ColorOS 16 introduces the Luminous Rendering Engine for smoother animations, while the Trinity Engine intelligently optimises power and performance.
The Reno15 Pro Max 5G, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 platform with AI HyperBoost 2.0, supports stable 120fps gaming while managing heat efficiently. Enhanced connectivity comes via AI LinkBoost 3.0, with Pro models gaining a dedicated SignalBoost Chip X1 to reduce gaming latency by up to 84%. The Pro Max further features an exclusive NetworkBoost Chip S1, improving antenna efficiency by 2dBv.
Cross-platform connectivity is also a highlight. O+ Connect enables fast file transfers between OPPO and iOS/iPadOS devices, while screen mirroring and remote PC control support both macOS and Windows, positioning the Reno15 Series as the hub of a connected digital workflow.
The Reno15 Series introduces a range of AI features designed to assist users beyond creativity. AI Mind Space, activated via a three-finger swipe, acts as a smart hub for capturing and organising information across apps. Additional tools such as AI Translate, AI Recording, AI Call Assistant and AI VoiceScribe simplify everyday tasks, all backed by OPPO’s Private Computing Cloud to ensure data privacy and security.
The OPPO Reno15 Series will be available from 23 January 2026 in a range of colours, including Aurora Blue, Aurora White and Dusk Brown, with availability varying by model.
