HUAWEI FreeClip 2 launches in Singapore with airy C-bridge design and adaptive open-ear listening

Huawei is expanding its open-ear audio lineup with the launch of the HUAWEI FreeClip 2, arriving in Singapore on 23 January 2026. Building on the innovative C-bridge architecture of its predecessor, the new FreeClip 2 refines the formula with a lighter, more comfortable fit, smarter audio processing and a sleek, fashion-forward design, making it an effortless all-day listening companion.

Lighter, sleeker and designed for comfort

The HUAWEI FreeClip 2 blends style with everyday wearability, available in Black, Blue and White. The Blue and White variants feature a fine-grained denim-inspired surface that evokes a relaxed, modern aesthetic, while maintaining a clean, minimalist look.

Weighing just 5.1g per earbud, the FreeClip 2 is designed for extended wear without fatigue. Its Airy C-bridge design, crafted from skin-friendly liquid silicone and a high-performance shape-memory alloy, delivers a soft, cloud-like fit. The newly refined Comfort Bean, now lighter and smaller following micrometre-level tuning based on over 10,000 ear samples worldwide, ensures a secure yet pressure-free hold. Complementing this is the enhanced Acoustics Ball, which packs powerful sound into a compact, ergonomic form.

Smarter open-ear listening

Powered by an advanced NPU AI processor with 10 times the computing power, the FreeClip 2 delivers an adaptive open-ear listening experience that adjusts seamlessly to your environment. Features such as real-time awareness, adaptive volume and adaptive voice enhancement ensure clear, balanced audio whether you’re in a quiet room or on a bustling street.

Despite its compact size, the FreeClip 2 delivers 100% stronger volume and bass through a cutting-edge dual-diaphragm driver, reproducing everything from delicate vocals to punchy bass and crisp highs with impressive clarity.

For calls, a three-microphone noise cancellation system works alongside multi-channel DNN algorithms to filter out background noise while enhancing the speaker’s voice. The NPU AI processor further refines call quality, keeping conversations clear even in noisy environments like crowded public transport. A reverse sound wave system also helps minimise sound leakage for added privacy.

Everyday flexibility and long battery life

Designed with convenience in mind, the FreeClip 2 features self-adaptive left-right audio channels, allowing either earbud to be worn on either ear. With IP57 dust and water resistance, the earbuds are built to handle sweat, rain and splashes with ease.

Battery life is equally impressive, offering up to 9 hours of playback on a single charge and up to 38 hours with the charging case, keeping you powered through long days, commutes and travel.

Price and availability in Singapore

The HUAWEI FreeClip 2 is priced at S$228 and will be available from 23 January 2026 at HUAWEI Experience Stores, HUAWEI Official Stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, as well as partnering retailers.

Early birds can enjoy an additional S$20 off with exclusive platform vouchers available on HUAWEI Official Stores across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop from 10 to 27 January 2026.
