Celebrate Chinese New Year in Timeless Elegance at Raffles Hotel Singapore

Raffles Hotel Singapore ushers in the Year of the Horse with a refined celebration of abundance, reunion and renewal. From now until 3 March 2026, the iconic hotel invites you to mark the Lunar New Year with an exquisite lineup of festive dining experiences, auspicious takeaways, elegant gifting options and restorative spa rituals, each thoughtfully curated to add a luminous touch to the season.

Auspicious Feasting at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung

At the heart of the celebrations is 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, where time-honoured provincial Chinese cuisine is reimagined for the festive season. From 1 February to 3 March 2026, the restaurant presents a series of specially curated Chinese New Year menus designed as a culinary journey celebrating reunion and prosperity.

Highlights include luxurious seasonal dishes such as the Double-boiled Spiky Sea Cucumber Soup with Wild Termite Fungus, Sea Whelk and Hokkaido Conpoy, a pristine consommé symbolising longevity and good fortune. Seafood takes centre stage with masterfully prepared creations like Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Bamboo Shoot and Matsutake Mushroom, finished with premium soy sauce.

For a lighter celebration, a Lunar New Year Weekend Dim Sum Set Menu is available for lunch only on 21, 22, 28 February and 1 March 2026, offering refined dim sum favourites ideal for intimate gatherings.

Guests may also curate their own festive feast from the Lunar New Year à la carte menu, available from 17 February to 3 March 2026. Standout dishes include the nostalgic yet elevated Traditional Deep-fried Crab Meat & Lobster Bisque Cube, crisp on the outside with a molten savoury centre, and the elegant Teochew-style chilled “Ma You” fish, prized for its natural sweetness and complemented by Puning bean sauce and touches of sturgeon caviar. Desserts round off the celebration with symbolic creations such as handcrafted “Yuan Bao” water chestnut cakes, representing wealth, reunion and renewal.

Note: The regular à la carte and Weekend Dim Sum Set menus will not be available during this festive period. Vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available upon advance request.
