French bakery and café PAUL ushers in the Year of the Horse with the launch of its Chinese New Year 2026 Collection, a refined festive ensemble inspired by the zodiac’s spirited energy, confidence, and elegance. Available from 20 January to 28 February 2026, the limited-edition collection brings together artisanal takeaway bakes and celebratory dine-in creations, blending auspicious festive colours with PAUL’s signature French culinary savoir-faire.
PAUL’s Chinese New Year 2026 takeaway selection features a thoughtful balance of sweet and savoury treats, perfect for gifting or gathering.
On the savoury front, two indulgent bites take centre stage. The Pumpkin Floss & Seaweed Croissant ( per box of 8) pairs caramelised pumpkin floss with umami-rich seaweed, while the Roasted Duck & Hoisin Sauce Puff ( per box of 8) showcases tender duck slices wrapped in PAUL’s buttery, golden pastry.
Sweet indulgences include the Peach Melba Tartlet ( per box of 8), combining peach compote with tangy raspberry cream, and the Caramel & Pear Tartlet ( per box of 8), layered with rich caramel, delicate pear, and decadent mascarpone cream. Rounding off the selection is a colourful box of Mini Macarons (.90 per box of 12) in classic flavours such as raspberry, pistachio, and lime.
For larger celebrations, PAUL offers a Mix & Match bundle at , allowing customers to select any three boxes comprising one savoury and two sweet options.
From 1 February 2026, PAUL’s tea-rooms islandwide will introduce festive dine-in dishes designed to bring good fortune and joie de vivre to the table.
Start the celebration with seasonal beverages such as Sparkling Blossom (.80), a refreshing rosemary lemonade with raspberry cubes, or Golden Jade (.80), a luscious mango and banana smoothie symbolising sweetness and prosperity.
For mains, diners can look forward to the Auspicious Red Snapper (.90), featuring a succulent fillet served with creamy risotto, broccoli, and a rich cheddar shrimp sauce; Prosperity Duck Confit (.90), with golden-roasted duck confit paired with glutinous rice and a tangy kumquat sauce; or Golden Fortune Chicken (.90), which pairs a spiced chicken leg with fluffy deep-fried rice balls, buttered broccoli, and zesty ginger chilli.
The festive experience is completed with the Mandarin Orange Tartlet (.80), a golden tart layered with smooth custard, fragrant orange jelly, and sweet mandarin oranges.
To sweeten the season, PAUL is offering special festive perks. Online orders enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of 0, along with complimentary PAUL red packets and playing cards. In-store purchases with a minimum spend of 0 nett will also receive the same festive gifts.
