Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie Unveils Fresh New Menu

Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie at Momentus Hotel Alexandra has launched a refreshed menu concept that pairs premium main courses with a generous buffet of complementary sides. Located on Level 7, the rooftop restaurant offers modern European dishes with Asian influences, served in a contemporary space surrounded by greenery and city views.

New Zealand Pure South Grass-fed Lamb Rump & 200 Days Grain-fed Angus Ribeye

Signature cuts like the New Zealand Grass-fed Lamb Rump and 200-day Grain-fed Black Angus Ribeye are solid picks for meat lovers. The Ribeye is marbled and flavourful; the Lamb Rump is lean with a bold finish. Both pair well with turmeric rice or roasted vegetables.

Those looking to upgrade can opt for the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Striploin (additional )—a Japanese import known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Linguine Al Cartoccio and Signature Rotisserie Poulet

Seafood lovers are well catered to with options like the Lobster Risotto or the Linguine Al Cartoccio, cooked in parchment to seal in the briny sweetness of shellfish, octopus, and Argentine red prawns.

The Rotisserie Poulet, another signature dish: corn-fed French yellow chicken marinated overnight, stuffed with truffle, pancetta, duck-fat brioche, and pine nuts, then slow-roasted until golden and crisp is a must-try for poultry aficionados.

Lunch includes Asian-inspired mains like the Red Snapper Papillote, gently steamed with vermicelli and shellfish in a clam broth, best eaten with rice to absorb the umami-rich soup. The French Yellow Chicken ‘Panggang’—grilled with turmeric and served with sambal hijau—is recommended for those who enjoy spiced local flavours.

Prices start at ++ for lunch on weekdays, ++ on weekends and public holidays, and ++ for dinner from Sunday to Thursday, rising to ++ on Fridays, Saturdays, and the eve of public holidays.

All meals include the full buffet spread, complete with an array of dessert options for those with a sweet tooth. The bar also offers a solid selection of cocktails and beverages. Optional sharing dishes such as the Seafood Paella, Grain-Fed Tomahawk, and Sustainably Farmed Turbot are also available for add-on.
