At the heart of the pop-up is the Ahhh! Bar, where Heineken’s Pure Malt takes center stage. Guests will experience five uniquely crafted Pure Malt Cocktail & Bites pairings, designed by award-winning mixologist June Baek and culinary maverick Justin Hammond.

Each pairing is a multisensory journey:

• Touch Grass – A refreshing pine-mint-apple cocktail with wagyu tartare taco.
• Very Mindful – A creamy matcha & brown rice cocktail with scallop ceviche on potato pavé.
• Out of Office – A tamarind-malt gelato Heineken Silver cocktail with fiery pani puri.
• The Malt Spa – A lemongrass-ginger Heineken cocktail paired with rich pork noodle broth.
• The Great Creator – A Heineken cold brew cocktail with a banana cake-filled malt cone.
