The LEGO Group has teamed up with Formula 1 to introduce a thrilling lineup of building sets, bringing the high-speed world of F1 racing into homes across Singapore.
This collaboration, launched on 1 March, 2025, features all ten F1 teams across various LEGO series, including Speed Champions, City, and Duplo, catering to builders of all ages.
Let’s take a look at some of the exciting highlights from this epic collaboration.
The Speed Champions series offers detailed replicas of F1 cars from all ten teams, including McLaren and Ferrari:
Do you feel a sudden impulse to have to collect’em all?
Each set features authentic cockpits, wider rear tires, sponsor stickers, and driver minifigures, providing an immersive building experience for enthusiasts aged 10 and above.
For younger builders, the LEGO City series presents six F1 sets that capture various race-related scenarios. Notable among them is the F1 Pit Stop & Pit Crew with Ferrari Car (60443), which allows kids to simulate high-speed pit stops with a pit box, fresh slicks, wheel guns, and a crew that moves into position at the flick of a switch:
The Duplo series introduces the youngest fans to the excitement of F1 racing. Sets like the F1 Team Race Cars & Drivers (10445) provide a starting grid, trophy, and podium, fostering creativity and motor skills in toddlers.
Adult fans can look forward to intricate models in the Technic and Icons series.
The 1:8 scale replicas, such as the Ferrari SF-24 F1 Car (42207), feature realistic functions like steering wheels, 2-speed gearboxes, adjustable spoilers with DRS activation, and V6 engines with spinning MGU-H, offering a sophisticated building experience.
I am a fan of LEGO Technic and enjoy assembling Technic sets together with my son for father-son bonding while learning a little about the science of mechanics.
From the Icon series, Williams fans can hail the history of F1 innovation as they replicate the Williams Racing FW14B & Nigel Mansell set (10353), the legendary F1 race car that propelled Mansell to victory in the 1992 Formula 1 World Championship.
From 1 June, fans can also bring home official F1 merchandise at only S.50 each with the LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars (71049) mystery boxes. The complete set features an F1 car, an F1 ACADEMY car, and 10 cars from the Formula 1 teams, offering a fun and engaging way to build a personal F1 garage.
Given the recent blind box craze in Asia, this collection looks set to be a hit when it is launched.
Aside from the Collectible F1 Race Cars series, all the other sets are now available at LEGO Certified Stores and through the LEGO Official Stores on Lazada and Shopee from 1 May. Additionally, OG Singapore is offering exclusive pre-order promotions for the LEGO Speed Champions F1 sets, allowing fans to secure their models ahead of time.
