Royal Caribbean’s Utopia of the Seas Arrives in Port Canaveral, Florida

The ultimate short getaway experience has docked. Royal Caribbean International’s Utopia of the Seas made its grand entrance in Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida, just days ahead of its official debut on July 19. The ship’s arrival was met with celebration as more than 2,000 crew members enjoyed Utopia’s vibrant Caribbean pool deck and various attractions, including the longest dry slide at sea – The Ultimate Abyss – and the signature FlowRider surf simulator.

Grand Celebration and Debut

The upcoming celebration for Utopia’s debut promises to be a grand affair. GRAMMY-winning artist and songwriter Meghan Trainor, recently revealed as the ship’s godmother, will take center stage to christen the new vessel. Trainor is set to perform her hit songs, marking the start of Utopia’s 3-night weekend and 4-night weekday getaways to The Bahamas.

Weekend Energy

Utopia of the Seas is designed to bring unmatched energy to weekends and weekdays alike. The ship offers over 40 dining, drinking, and partying options, including unique features exclusive to Utopia. Guests can enjoy two casinos, a new Caribbean tiki bar called The Pesky Parrot, and the Royal Railway – Utopia Station, a first-of-its-kind immersive train car dining experience. The ship also boasts more pools than days in the week, a variety of entertainment across air, ice, water, and stage, and numerous ways to relax and unwind.

Perfect Day at CocoCay

In addition to the onboard amenities, Utopia’s itineraries include stops at Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s private island in The Bahamas. Here, guests can continue their adventure with a range of activities and attractions designed for ultimate fun and relaxation.
