New Bahru Set to Dazzle with Sneak Peek Weekend this 22-23 June Ahead of September Grand Opening

The Lo & Behold Group is thrilled to unveil New Bahru, their first lifestyle development, with a Sneak Peek weekend on 22 and 23 June. This event will offer an exclusive glimpse into the vibrant new destination, ahead of its grand opening in September.

Located at 46 & 58 Kim Yam Road, New Bahru aims to become a creative and cultural hub. The Sneak Peek, organized in collaboration with cultural advocates PPURPOSE, promises a rich array of experiences showcasing Singapore’s creative spirit. Visitors can expect workshops, special menus, and exclusive pop-ups.

Event Highlights:

• Bonsai Workshop: soilboy’s hands-on Bonsai Wiring & Styling Workshop at which participants can transform a rustic tree into a bonsai masterpiece.
• Upcycling Crafts: MAKE by GINLEE offers a complimentary upcycling service for old t-shirts, turning them into stylish bags for the first 100 visitors.
• Leather Workshops: Crafune presents mini leather upcycling workshops exclusive to New Bahru.
• Family Fun: The Sea Apple Create Store offers apparel customization workshops, with a complimentary gift bag for the first 50 customers.
• Korean Drinks: Enjoy a flight of five makkolis or a glass at Odem, available from 12 – 5 pm.

The Sneak Peek event also includes a unique collaboration between Crane Living and Basheer Graphics Books, transforming a space into a creative living room pop-up. Attendees can explore design books, magazines, and eclectic home goods.

Adding to the excitement, afternoon activities on the Lawn feature performances by creative industry professionals and their DJ alter egos. For the adventurous, Singapore’s tallest outdoor communal slide awaits at the Oatside Funside Playground, along with Oatside’s Pocket Pack Challenge.

As New Bahru prepares for its grand opening, new tenants like CLOS | Deli & Wine House, LVT by Lisa Von Tang, PeiPer, and POV by The Missing Piece are set to join the vibrant community. The development is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm.
