Food and Hotel Asia (FHA) – Food & Beverage 2024 kicks off, drawing an anticipated crowd of 60,000 attendees from both local and international realms. As the largest international F&B showcase in Asia, FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 is set to dazzle visitors with its vibrant array of culinary delights, co-located alongside ProWine Singapore, promising an unforgettable celebration of the industry’s finest offerings.

Aligning with Singapore Tourism Board’s latest global campaign, ‘World’s Best MICE City’, FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 proudly supports the nation’s vision of becoming a premier Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) destination. The opening ceremony, graced by esteemed dignitaries including Ms. Low Yen Ling, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Ian Roberts, Vice President of Informa Markets (Asia), set the stage for four days of culinary splendor.

Highlighting this year’s event is Germany’s esteemed presence as the Country of Honour, featuring 37 exhibitors within the Germany Pavilion and marking the most significant German participation in the history of ProWine Singapore. Attendees can immerse themselves in a wealth of activities at the ‘Country of Honour Showcase’, from wine-food pairings to captivating cooking shows.

Spanning an expansive 65,000 square meters at the Singapore EXPO, FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 boasts over 1,500 exhibitors hailing from 52 countries and regions. Notably, Australia’s robust participation with 120 exhibitors marks a milestone, showcasing the largest representation ever by Australia at a global F&B event.

The seminar segment promises unparalleled insights into the F&B sector with 60 seminars led by over 100 speakers across four days. Covering diverse topics ranging from unique culinary traditions to sustainable food production, these sessions provide a platform for industry experts to share their knowledge and expertise.

Innovations in the agri-food industry take center stage, addressing pressing concerns such as food security and waste management. Otolith Enrichment’s Black Soldier Fly (BSF) Nutricycle Station exemplifies circular ecosystems, offering solutions for sustainable agricultural production. Meanwhile, the Future of Food showcase explores disruptive agrifood innovations, including alternative proteins and urban agriculture.

Industry stalwarts and budding talents alike converge at FHA-Food & Beverage 2024 to showcase their prowess. From exhilarating cook-offs to innovative presentations, these competitions celebrate creativity, skill, and passion, shaping the future of the F&B landscape.

ProWine Singapore 2024 introduces ProWine Zero, catering to the rising demand for no and low-alcohol alternatives. Alongside the Discovery Bar and ProSpirits, this innovative addition reflects the evolving preferences of consumers and industry professionals alike.
