Brace yourselves for a lavish brunch experience with Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel’s epic Epicure Brunch, available from 3 March, every Sunday of the week. Led by Executive Chef David Toh, this gastronomic extravaganza spans across three established dining outlets within the luxury hotel and offers the widest buffet spread we have visited in Singapore to date.

In fact, the spread is so wide that you would be given a dining MAP to locate all the live stations and food lines so you can plan ahead your culinary adventure and space out your stomach space accordingly.

The brunch experience is available at three distinct venues that are located side-by-side on the hotel premises:

  • Riverside Terrace for live grills by the waterfront
  • SanSara for Indian cuisine
  • Food Capital for the full international buffet spread

    Prices for the Epicure Brunch start at S$128++ for adults and S$64++ for children aged 6-11. This includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, juices, and soft drinks. Considering it is a “3-for-1” selection, we find the pricing very reasonable for selection.

    “We wanted to create a truly epic brunch experience here at Grand Copthorne Waterfront. After our extensive refurbishment and unveiling of our new F&B concepts, we wanted the opportunity for our guests to try all three of our restaurants in one go.” Shared Executive Chef David Toh on his culinary concept.

    For those seeking an extra touch of indulgence, an alcoholic package is available for an additional S$30++ per adult, offering Prosecco, white wine, red wine, and beer. Alternatively, you can also opt for the premium Veuve Cliquot Champagne package for an additional S$60++ (or S$188++ per adult).

    Featuring 15 live stations, the Epicure Brunch promises freshness and excitement at every turn. I went for a Sunday brunch two weeks ago with my son Asher and we found ourselves in a culinary wonderland for the day, getting lost amidst rows after rows of delectable F&B offerings.

    Indulge in a diverse selection of cuisines, including crowd favourites like a fresh seafood bar boasting snow crab legs, oysters, lobster, scallops, tiger prawns and more.

    Additionally, savour dishes fired to perfection at the outdoor Josper grill station, offering smoky delights such as Wagyu ribeye and Mediterranean octopus.

    For those with a penchant for Indian cuisine, SanSara presents traditional Awadhi dishes like Lamb Bhuna Gosht and Dum Ke Murgh, paired with freshly baked naan, roti, and paratha.

    Other highlights include an array of salads, cold cuts, cheeses, sushi, tempura, and local delights like the Singapore Chili Crab and steaming bowls of Laksa or Prawn Noodles.

    To ensure we sample a bit of everything that we like, we took a walk to look at all the food and drinks stations, based on the map provided, before strategising together on which items to go for as we did not want to overeat or create food waste. We also went for a 5km morning run before heading over for the brunch to ensure we had a hearty appetite. Even so, we covered less than a third of everything available.

    If you are up for a culinary adventure, the Epicure Brunch is now available every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. Please note that the menu is on a rotational basis and subject to change, so what you see here may be different from what you get. Rest assured it will still be a epic selection though!
