This limited-edition timepiece pays homage to the iconic Casiotron QW02, the world’s first digital watch with an automatic calendar function, originally released in 1974.

The TRN-50, available in a limited edition of 4,000 watches worldwide, encapsulates the spirit of innovation and precision that defined the Casiotron’s legacy. Drawing inspiration from the groundbreaking design of its predecessor, the TRN-50 incorporates modern advancements in watch technology to offer a seamless blend of vintage charm and contemporary functionality.

The original Casiotron revolutionized the concept of digital wristwatches by introducing an automatic calendar function that displayed not only the time but also the correct month, date, and day of the week. Now, 50 years later, the TRN-50 stays true to this visionary concept while integrating cutting-edge features such as radio-controlled time adjustment, solar charging, and Mobile Link functionality for smartphone pairing.

Maintaining the timeless elegance of the original design, the TRN-50 boasts meticulous attention to detail, including sophisticated textures on the case and band, a dark blue face, and the iconic CASIOTRON logo.
