Prepare for an enchanting evening as illusionist Cyril Takayama and the melodious A-Lin join forces to headline the extraordinary Extra·Ordinary Stars fundraiser concert. This captivating event, presented by local charity Extra•Ordinary People, is set to empower young individuals with special needs and underprivileged backgrounds, helping them chase their dreams.

Expect an unforgettable night filled with live music and art performances from both local and international artists. Cyril Takayama will take you on a mind-bending journey through the world of illusion, while A-Lin, the Golden Melody Award winner, will serenade you with her powerful vocals. Our very own local talents will also collaborate with special needs youths to create beautiful performances. Benjamin Kheng will team up with photographer Isabella Chan for a unique song performance, and the beloved Glenn Yong will set the stage on fire with drummer-dancer John Chan in an electrifying dance routine. Rapper Wheelsmith and singer Kelvin Tan will also grace the stage with their chart-topping tunes.
From Taiwan, a 20-member ensemble will present “Anne and Friends,” a heartwarming musical act that narrates the inspiring journey of Anne, a 23-year-old with Down Syndrome. The performance showcases Anne’s determination to follow her passion for dancing, motivating her friends along the way. Singing competition One Million Star’s Jane Wang will perform the theme song, adding an extra touch of magic.
The concert will feature other outstanding artists like Charmaine Yee, Gisele Chiam, Adelyn Koh, Daniel Teo, Zanna Phua, Cantare Choir, Chao Yang School Choir and Dancers, Raffles Talent Academy Choir, Singapore Raffles Music College Dancers, and Extra·Ordinary People’s Extraordinary Light Orchestra.
This fundraiser event aims to provide specialized training and lifelong support for young individuals with special needs and those from underprivileged backgrounds, enabling them to shine and achieve independence. The proceeds will be equally distributed among three IPC charity organizations: Extra·Ordinary People, Happee Hearts Movement, and YMCA Singapore.
The Extra·Ordinary Stars concert is part of the Unleash Your Light Movement, a global initiative that focuses on fostering genuine human-to-human connections as the foundation for personal and societal transformation. To support this cause, Unleash Your Light has partnered with China Mobile, offering special promo plans for the first 1,000 concert ticket holders. Additionally, they will donate 500 China Mobile plans to low-income families for one year.
If the concert sells out, they will sponsor an additional 500 China Mobile plans, totaling 1,000 plans donated to low-income families for a year. It’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of a meaningful cause while enjoying a magical night of music and artistry.
