From soothing aromatherapy and wellness sessions to creative Zentangle art workshops, BTL Fest offers an array of interactive event booths and workshops throughout the day. Dive into sand play therapy, engage in a captivating Human Library session, and discover resources like Belle, the BTL helpbot, designed to assist you on your mental well-being journey.
As the sun sets, get ready for an enchanting evening. Be mesmerized by performances from the talented Annette Lee and students from various educational institutions as they share their mental health stories through their art. Local celebrities Rebecca Lim and Tasha Low, along with content creator Zaki Hussain, will engage in a heartwarming fireside chat.
