The Reloved Collective launches fundraising partnership with Community Chest Singapore – 10% of the proceeds will be donated to support over 100 social service agencies

With a new year comes new goals and resolutions and this year we look forward to ditching mindless consumption. Singapore-based lifestyle brand, The Reloved Collective today launched its first store with a donation drive in collaboration with Community Chest Singapore.

The Reloved Collective is a consignment and thrift store with an aim to offer the community a premium-quality shopping experience that will make them fall in love with secondhand and vintage items, and promote sustainable products.

The Reloved Collective aims to promote responsible consumerism and focus on secondhand goods instead of letting them end up in landfills. It provides people with an option to donate via a swift, hassle-free pickup service right from their doorstep.

It also supports businesses undergoing liquidation through stock acquisition, as well as provides consignment options for local entrepreneurs selling green/ upcycled products.

The Reloved Collective partners with Community Chest in the Change for Charity initiative for a year, where 10% of the proceeds received from the sales of pre-loved items will be donated to Community Chest to support over 100 social service agencies that empower children with special needs and youth-at-risk, adults with disabilities, families and seniors in need of support, and persons with mental health conditions.

Alternatively, customers of The Reloved Collective can make their donations through a round-up mechanism via the purchase of our merchandise (the nearest roundup dollar or cent would be donated) or by providing the option to donate.

In addition, unsold inventory will be channelled to TRC’s sister’s company Barang For Your Buck (BFYB) – a social enterprise that supports migrant workers with low-cost shopping options, meeting their needs and reducing the cost of living for them in Singapore. BFYB is a green-minded company that organizes opportunities for the exchange of used commodities, providing a retail alternative for the migrant community in Singapore through flea market pop-ups at their doorstep.

The donation drive is currently ongoing and will take place all year round.  Visit here to find out more about how you can contribute!

Drive to the physical store at Blk 333 Kreta Ayer Road, #02-27, Singapore 080333. It welcomes the following pre-loved items (in new or used condition):

  • Clothes (men, women, and children)
  • Bags & Accessories
  • Shoes
  • Homeware
  • Tech Accessories
