To mark its seventh consecutive year of bringing you the best eats along the Singapore River, SR Signatures 2021 (SRS 2021) recently revealed the Signatures 20 restaurants and their winning dishes this year in a special highlight video. For the first time, 3 Honour Roll awards were also presented to past winners who have received the Signatures 20 accolade for more than three times in previous years.
Organised by Singapore River One (SRO), SRS 2021 is a month-long food festival that aims to highlight some of the best eats along the quays. This year’s top 20 dining establishments have been shortlisted by the general public (through Diners’ Choice) followed by a panel of esteemed judges who share the same passion for food and support for the local F&B industry. The winning dishes were selected based on key components including taste, presentation, originality and creativity, as well as the overall dining experience. The SRS 2021 website has been launched to showcase the 20 award-winning dishes from the establishments along the Singapore River. The website features a video highlight of SRS 2021 – the top 20 restaurants and their winning dishes. The website will also host a series of promotions at various restaurants within the precinct. Additionally, it includes a segment showcasing other awards including the winners of Diners’ Choice and Honour Roll 2021.
Additionally, for the first time this year, SRS 2021 will be honouring past restaurant winners who have received the Signatures 20 accolade more than three times by placing them on the Honour Roll 2021. The restaurants include My Little Spanish Place, E!GHT Korean BBQ and Dashi Master Marusaya.
For the month of October, the Signatures 20, together with some of the other best dining establishments along the river, are bringing you a series of exclusive deals and special promotional menu items in celebration of this year’s festival.
From now till 31 October, customers can collect $5 OFF vouchers on Lazada, to use on their purchase of participating restaurants’ digital voucher deals on the Lazada app. These digital vouchers are to be redeemed at the respective restaurants along Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay.
