Singaporeans are stressed and need a break, pronto
According to a survey by Traveloka, an official partner of the SingapoRediscovers vouchers initiative, stress levels in Singapore have risen ever since the Covid-19 pandemic- more than 60 percent of respondents reported feeling more stressed out. Around 63% of men and 45% of women said they needed a break-ASAP!
What would Singaporeans like to do for a break?
An overwhelming majority of the survey respondents (78%) wished to relax and unwind at a staycation, followed by visiting attractions (53%) and tours (45%).
If you’re one of the Singaporeans who feel like you’re on the verge of being overwhelmed by stress, then it’s high time to carve out time to recharge. Escaping our usual routines can do wonders. As a Chinese adage goes: We rest in order to walk a longer journey.
