Mrs Pho Café sources its robusta coffee beans directly from Vietnam’s verdant Gia Lai province, which are then roasted by an artisanal roaster in Ho Chi Minh. On the menu, you’ll find an array of expertly crafted drinks, such as Vietnam’s famous Egg Coffee, a luxurious drink made with egg yolks, condensed milk and coffee beans — it’s like having crème brûlée in a cup!

There’s also the deliciously creamy Avocado Coffee, and the naturally sweet Coconut Coffee.

Aside from an exquisite array of drinks — including a line of refreshing iced teas perfect for Singapore’s humid weather — Mrs Pho Café also brings with it a new range of authentic Banh Mi sandwiches that are one of the cheapest in Singapore. With meals starting from $3.50, these delicious sandwiches are the perfect accompaniment to your picture-perfect drinks.

Mrs Pho Café’s classic Banh Mi — which come with a range of fillings from chicken to meatballs — are perfect for a teatime treat.

Mrs Pho Café has also come up with unique local renditions to pay homage to Singapore’s culture: the Vietnam Floss Banh Mi and Kaya Butter Banh Mi, offering both savoury and sweet options – something for everyone. The baguettes are made using a custom bread dough that delivers a satisfying crunch.
