MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival returns to Singapore for the 2nd year running!

The annual MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival is back after being met with tremendous success last year! The festival, jointly presented by MICHELIN Guide Singapore and Robert Parker Wine Advocate, celebrates local and international culinary specialties which span across a diverse range of ethnicities. As like last year, tickets were all sold out prior to the event.

This year, 15 establishments are being presented, with each showcasing their signature dishes. The event is taking place at The Coliseum, Resorts World Sentosa over the long weekend from 30 March to 1 April 2018 (Friday to Sunday), with two sessions of 6-8pm and 8.30-10.30pm. VIP ticket holders can even look forward to catered service at the VIP area as well as free flow beer!

A Noodle Story (Bib Gourmand) – Singapore-style Ramen, Golden Wontons

Bismillah Biryani (Bib Gourmand) – Muttom Dum Biryani, Chicken Dum Biryani, Kulfi

The Blue Ginger (Bib Gourmand) – Ayam Penggang, Durian Chendol

Man Man (Bib Gourmand) – Una Don, Umaki

New Ubin Seafood (Bib Gourmand) – U.S. Beef Heart Attack Fried Rice, Chilli Crab Sauce and Mantou

168 CMY Satay (MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2017) – Chicken and Pork Satay with Pineapple Sauce

Char (MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2017) – Premium Kurobuta Char Siew, Signature Char Siew, Charcoal Beancurd

Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring (MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2017) – Putu Piring

Keng Eng Kee (MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2017) – Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skin, Marmite Chicken

The festival also features several beverage options from Tiger Beer to LiHo Tea as well as Evian, Badoit and Coconut Water for participants’ enjoyment.
