On 8th November, The North Face launched its Outdoor Training Station in Singapore, inspired by its flagship outlet in Shanghai.
Joining for the launch were MediaCorp artists Pierre Png and Paige Chua.
Athletes ultra-marathoner Chris Yeo, mountain biker Laura Liong, sports climber Jay Koh, personal trainer Alfred Tang and Yoga and Pilates teacher Dawn Sim also joined in the fun.
The North Face, known for their winter wear, wants to show that the brand is not just about that. The store offers mountaineering, climbing, running, hiking, skiing gear, among many others.
They offer some seriously fashionable pieces that people can wear on a daily basis.
Their limited edition collection includes trendy, lightweight windbreakers that are suitable even in Singapore weather.
The new store also imported pieces specially from Japan and Korea. The former consists of workout outfits and the latter of sports bras.
The pieces are offered at great prices and I bought a pair of Women’s Storm Strike shoes which are suitable for colder climates and uses HydroSeal waterproof technology at $196.
The North Face Singapore Outdoor Training Station and store is located at Marina Square #02-171/175.
