Calling all NSmen: Enjoy discounts at 160 hawker stalls, community clubs, Water Venture outlets from July

To mark the 50th anniversary of National Service, national servicemen (NSmen) will enjoy discounts at almost 160 hawker stalls, community clubs and retails shops starting this month.

Hawker stalls and shops participating are located in areas such as Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh, Jurong West, Chinatown, Woodlands, Redhill, Alexandra and Marine Parade, local media Channel NewsAsia (CNA) reported.

The outlets will display a decal that reads – “We Support You in NS“.

A list of the participating outlets will be available on PA website from 7 July (Friday), CNA reported.

NSmen will get a 10% discount when they sign up for courses or book facilities at the various Community Clubs from 1 to 31 July.

They will also enjoy a 10% discount at selected Water-Venture courses from 1 July to 31 December this year.

To enjoy the discounts, NSmen will have to show their 11-B identification card or wear their uniforms.

The SAF Day recognition promotions started in 2013 and the aim is to allow companies and retailers to come together to show their ground-up support and appreciation to NSmen.
