I had the privilege of attending the basic bread baking session and was I in for a treat!

He impressed with his thorough understanding of the ingredients themselves and they were brought to life through Dean’s passion that was both contagious and extremely captivating. It was evident that this was a man who cooked not merely to put food on the table, but he actually lived for these magical moments of creation. It was such a delight to watch him in his zone.
