With the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix taking over the city, the excitement extends well beyond the Marina Bay Street Circuit. From special-edition merchandise to food collaborations and community activities, the Audi Revolut F1 Team has been bringing its debut Singapore race weekend to life through experiences that connect motorsport with local culture.
We were invited to A Taste of Singapore, an exclusive dinner held at Andaz Singapore on 9 October 2026, where we experienced the team’s Singapore Collection, enjoyed a specially prepared dinner and received a warm welcome from the World of Hyatt team and Audi Revolut F1 Team.

The evening brought together fashion, food, hospitality and motorsport in a setting that felt particularly appropriate for Singapore’s biggest racing weekend.
One of the highlights was the preview of the Audi Revolut F1 Team Singapore Collection, created in collaboration with adidas. Designed around the character of Singapore and the atmosphere of race weekend, the collection translates the team’s motorsport identity into apparel influenced by the city’s multicultural heritage and street culture.

The designs draw inspiration from Singapore’s vibrant colours, distinctive patterns and architectural details. Peranakan motifs and traditional tilework feature prominently, reflecting the Chinese, Malay and European influences that have shaped the country’s cultural identity.
The focus piece of the collection is a lion graphic inspired by the guardian lions found at the entrances of temples and pagodas. Traditionally associated with protection and strength, the imagery gives the collection a recognisable Singapore reference without losing its contemporary sporting identity.
The collection forms part of Audi Revolut F1 Team’s broader Singapore campaign, titled The Art of Influence. The programme explores how culture, design and shared experiences can bring Formula 1 closer to people outside the circuit.
This approach also extends to the team’s special Singapore livery for its Audi R26 race car.
For a race weekend defined by Singapore’s illuminated skyline and night racing, the design provides a fitting connection between the city and the team.
Back at Andaz Singapore, the evening continued with welcome drinks and a dinner that brought together premium ingredients and flavours with a distinctly Singaporean finish.

Unveiled ahead of the Grand Prix, the design features a Singapore-inspired interpretation of Titanium Silver Grey with a blue shimmer influenced by the city’s changing appearance from daylight to twilight and night. Peranakan-inspired patterns provide another local reference, linking the car’s visual identity with the limited-edition adidas collection.
We started with white wine, a Riesling from Dr. Loosen’s Graacher Himmelreich ‘Alte Reben’ GG in Germany’s Mosel region. The wine was served alongside a red wine, Torbreck’s The Steading 2020 from Australia’s Barossa Valley, presented in a magnum format.

There was also a rum collection for us to explore, featuring bottles from several producers and countries.

These included Cihuatan Indigo Aged 8 Años from El Salvador, Mount Gay Black Barrel from Barbados, Flor de Caña Centenario 12 Years Old from Nicaragua, Dictador Aged 12 Years from Colombia, Ron Colón Salvadoreño Red Banana Oleo from El Salvador and Planteray XO 20th Anniversary from Barbados.
The selection offered a chance to appreciate the variety of rum styles, from aged expressions to more distinctive blends. With bottles representing different traditions and approaches to production, the collection added another dimension to the drinks experience.
For the starter, we were served Yellowtail Kingfish Crudo with pomelo, hallabong, kohlrabi and beluga caviar.

The dish brought together delicate raw fish with citrus notes and fresh accompaniments, while the caviar provided a touch of luxury. The pomelo and hallabong offered a refreshing contrast to the fish, making this a light opening course before the main dish.

The dinner programme also included a break to watch the F1 action, allowing us to follow the racing while enjoying the hospitality. It was a fitting reminder that this was not simply a conventional dining event. The race itself remained central to the evening, with the food, collection preview and gathering all tied to the Singapore Grand Prix.

For the main course, we had Pardoo Wagyu Tenderloin from Western Australia’s Pilbara region, with a marble score of 8 to 9. The beef was accompanied by Western Australian abalone, soy-marinated spinach, seaweed butter and wagyu jus.

The combination brought together premium beef and seafood, with the abalone adding another texture to the dish. The spinach introduced a savoury element, while the seaweed butter and wagyu jus helped bring the components together. With highly marbled beef as the centrepiece, this was the most substantial course of the dinner.

Dessert continued the local theme with Singapore Mosaic, a composition of compressed jackfruit, bergamot sorbet, sablé breton, coconut and Swiss meringue.

Jackfruit and coconut are familiar ingredients in the region, but the bergamot sorbet added a citrus dimension that balanced the fruit’s sweetness. The sablé breton contributed a crisp, buttery texture, while the meringue completed the presentation. Rather than relying solely on traditional local desserts, the dish used recognisable regional flavours in a more contemporary format.

The sweet offerings did not end there. A dessert trolley followed, featuring Ondeh Ondeh Opera, Pandan and Gula Melaka Florentine, Cassis Pâte de Fruit, Blueberry and Lavender Macaron, Penang Vanilla Bonbon and Peanut Financier.

Coffee and tea were served to finish the meal.

Beyond the menu, what stood out was the hospitality throughout the evening. The World of Hyatt team at Andaz Singapore and the Audi Revolut F1 Team made us feel really welcomed, creating a relaxed environment in which conversations about the collection, the city and the racing could unfold naturally.

Andaz Singapore, located at 5 Fraser Street, is well placed for visitors looking to explore the Bugis and Kampong Glam areas. The hotel is also home to several dining and drinking venues, including 665°F, its meat-focused restaurant, and Alley on 25, which brings together a variety of dining concepts. The hotel’s broader approach to food and hospitality made it a suitable setting for an event that combined a curated dinner with a major international sporting occasion.
The evening was also a reminder of how Formula 1 teams are increasingly looking beyond the track to engage fans. Audi Revolut F1 Team’s Singapore programme includes collaborations across fashion, food, retail and community activities, with experiences designed to reach people who may not necessarily have tickets to the Grand Prix.
Among these initiatives are the adidas Singapore Collection, a collaboration with Birds of Paradise for a special gelato flavour, and public displays featuring the Audi R26 and Audi RS 5 at Funan Mall. The programme also includes opportunities for fans to collect digital team cards through the team’s online hub, with entries contributing towards a prize draw for a VIP trip for two to the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Taken together, these activities give the team’s Singapore debut a wider presence across the city, rather than confining the experience to the circuit.
As Audi Revolut F1 Team begins its Singapore Grand Prix journey, the collaboration between motorsport, design, food and local culture provides a way for fans to engage with the team beyond the race itself.
