PropertyGuru’s Home Run: Singapore is returning for a new season on 8 October 2026, bringing 12 property agents together for a series of challenges inspired by the decisions Singaporeans make when buying, selling and living in homes.

The reality competition will run across five episodes, with contestants taking on tasks that range from presenting properties in unexpected ways to reimagining spaces around different lifestyles and client needs. This season will also introduce a Fan Favourite vote, giving viewers the opportunity to support their preferred contestant while contributing to a charitable cause.
Social media personality Dewy Choo returns as host, with Season 2 winner Zaccheus Sabai joining her as co-host.
The new season will feature several celebrity guests, including Mediacorp artiste Tyler Ten, who won Best Supporting Actor and Most Popular Rising Star at the Star Awards 2026. Mediacorp personalities Justin Ang and Vernon Anthonisz, known together as The Muttons, will also make an appearance.
Entertainer Annette Lee, along with Johnathan Chua and Patrina Tan from The Daily Ketchup, will join the season as special guests.
Architect and space-planning expert Cliff Tan of Dear Modern will take on a judging role for one of the challenges. Known for his practical approach to space transformation, Tan has a combined following of 4.9 million across Instagram and TikTok.
Leaders from major Singapore property agencies will also join the judging panel at different stages of the competition, bringing perspectives from across the property industry.
Far East Organization joins Home Run for the first time as the official Series Partner and Developer. The partnership expands the property’s industry’s involvement in the series alongside participating agents, agency leaders and property professionals.
Mediacorp returns as the Official Media Partner, while Class 95 joins as the Official Radio Station. The partnerships will extend the show’s presence across television, digital and radio platforms.
The winning agent will receive a PropertyGuru Platinum account worth more than S$30,000, while the runner-up will receive a PropertyGuru Gold account worth more than S$12,000. The prizes are intended to support the agents in building their professional profiles and creating further career opportunities.
For the first time, viewers can also participate through the Home Run Fan Favourite vote. Voting is open until 29 October 2026, allowing audiences to support the contestant they want to see recognised as the season’s Fan Favourite.
The initiative will also support Children’s Aid Limited. PropertyGuru will donate S$1 for every vote received, up to a maximum contribution of S$20,000. The donation will support the organisation’s work with children and youths as they move towards greater independence.
Home Run: Singapore premieres on Channel 5 on 8 October 2026 and will air every Thursday at 7.30pm. Episodes will also be available on mewatch, as well as the Mediacorp and PropertyGuru YouTube channels.
