[Promo Alert] Starbucks Bearistas Take Over Bugis Junction with Free Drinks and Festive Rewards Up for Grabs

CapitaLand malls has kicked off its Christmas celebrations with the arrival of five festive Starbucks Bearistas at Bugis Junction, alongside an interactive personality quiz that gives shoppers a chance to win Starbucks drinks and shopping rewards.

Unveiled on 4 November 2026 at Bugis Junction Fountain Square, the five characters are Brewster, Jam, Star, Snowmallow and Dasha. Each Bearista has its own personality and festive outfit, representing values associated with the holiday season and Starbucks, including craft and passion, self-expression, connection, discovery and the spirit of giving.

Shoppers can take part in the online Discover Your Inner Starbucks Bearista personality quiz to find out which character matches their personality, as well as their corresponding Starbucks go-to drink.

After completing the quiz, participants will receive a unique reward code which can be entered into the CapitaStar app to unlock an eligibility eVoucher.

From 4 to 8 November, shoppers can visit the five Bearista installations at Bugis Junction Fountain Square and scan the QR code at their matching character display using the eVoucher.

While stocks last, participants can receive a matching Starbucks go-to drink eVoucher and 5,000 STAR$.

There are also complimentary Starbucks beverages available for redemption through the CapitaStar app from 4 to 30 November at participating Starbucks outlets in Bugis Junction, Bugis+, Plaza Singapura and Raffles City Singapore.

The five featured Starbucks drinks are Toffee Nut Crunch Latte, Caramel Frappuccino, Peppermint Mocha, Java Chip Frappuccino and the Iced Hazelnut Bianco Latte. The latter is an exclusive beverage created for CapitaLand malls and is available for redemption from 4 November.

The campaign also includes a larger pool of rewards, with 5 million STAR$ and 1,000 complimentary Starbucks beverages up for grabs.

Each of the five Bearistas has a distinct character. Star is the friendly one who believes nobody should be left out, making connections and bringing people together. Jam is the lively entertainer who enjoys music, celebrations and adding a personal touch to every occasion.

Brewster is the creative coffee enthusiast who enjoys experimenting and dreaming up new brews, while Snowmallow finds magic in life’s little moments. Dasha, meanwhile, represents generosity and believes that joy grows when it is shared.

The Bearistas offer an early preview of CapitaLand’s wider Christmas campaign, titled Brewing Up Christmas Magic at CapitaLand Malls, which will run across 16 CapitaLand retail and workspace properties from 11 November to 31 December 2026.

Shoppers can expect larger-than-life Bearista inflatables, festive decorations and seasonal experiences across participating properties.

Two highlights will be the Bearista Holiday Experience pop-ups at Raffles City Singapore and Bugis+. These pop-ups will feature Singapore’s first Create-Your-Own Cold Foam Beverage concept, interactive coffee discovery zones and hands-on workshops where visitors can learn more about coffee roasting.

Visitors can also browse and purchase festive merchandise and limited-edition collectibles, including plush toys, mugs, tumblers and other event-exclusive keepsakes.

CapitaStar members can look forward to additional festive rewards throughout the Christmas campaign, with more activities and promotions to be announced from 11 November.
