RIMOWA and MYKITA have expanded their collaborative eyewear collection with two new designs for the HERITAGE and VISOR series, combining German engineering expertise with lightweight construction and contemporary styling. The latest releases include a rounded pair of sunglasses and a slimmer wraparound shield design, accompanied by a campaign starring German actress Nina Hoss and model Leon Dame.

Titled “The Rehearsal”, the campaign explores character and transformation through a short film set in a minimalist rehearsal room. Hoss and Dame each take on two roles, with changes in sunglasses marking the transition between characters. Close up portraits, quick cuts and subtle shifts in lighting and background place the eyewear at the centre of the performance, showing how different designs can influence a person’s expression and presence.
The new additions build on the brands’ shared focus on meticulous craftsmanship, lightweight construction and enduring design, drawing on their German manufacturing expertise.
For the HERITAGE series, the new MR007 models introduce a rounded silhouette to the collection’s established sunglass designs. Available in Silver and Black, the models offer a classic circular shape with a contemporary finish.

The VISOR series also receives an update with the MR008, which presents a slimmer interpretation of the collection’s lightweight shield design. Available in Silver and Black, the model offers a streamlined wraparound look.

The latest collection includes four product options with different designs and price points. The MYKITA | RIMOWA HERITAGE MR006 Aviator in Black is priced at S$1,000, while the HERITAGE MR007 in Silver costs S$1,000 and the Black version is priced at S$1,090. The VISOR MR008 in Silver or Black is available at S$870.
The new eyewear designs will be available at MYKITA stores, selected RIMOWA stores, exclusive retail partners worldwide and online.
