Changi City Point is bringing together 56 outlet brands for The Great Outlet Sale, a four-day shopping event offering discounts of up to 90% from 1 to 4 October 2026.
Positioned as Changi City Point’s first signature annual shopping event, The Great Outlet Sale will feature outlet deals, exclusive promotions, limited time offers and rewards for shoppers. The event is aimed at both local bargain hunters and tourists, with the mall located a short distance from Changi Airport.
During the four day event, shoppers can also take advantage of several rewards and promotions. Changi City Point members can redeem 30,000 STAR$ with a minimum spend of S$300 across same day receipts. At least one receipt must be S$100 or more, while each additional receipt must be at least S$20. The reward is limited to one redemption per member per day and the first 400 redemptions.
Members can also choose the Max Up Your Rewards promotion, which offers 20,000 STAR$ with a minimum spend of S$400 across same day receipts. The first S$300 must meet the Tier 1 requirements, including at least one receipt of S$100 or more and subsequent receipts of at least S$20. Receipts making up the additional S$100 must each be at least S$20. This reward is limited to one redemption per member per day and the first 300 redemptions.
For dining, members can redeem 1,000 STAR$ when they spend at least S$20 using eCapitaVoucher in a single receipt at a participating food and beverage outlet. This is limited to one redemption per member per day.
Another promotion, Outlet Treats, allows members to enter the reward code TGOS2026 to receive 12 eVouchers. The eVouchers can be keyed in from 30 September at 1pm and used from 1 to 31 October 2026.
Shoppers can also earn 10X Bonus STAR$ when dining and shopping on weekends and public holidays from 1 August to 27 December 2026. Transactions must be linked to an eligible payment mode and meet a minimum spend of S$20. The promotion is limited to the first 400 redemptions, with terms and conditions applying.
International visitors can also benefit from a tourist tax refund promotion. Tourists shopping at Changi City Point can receive an additional 30% tax refund through Global Blue and Mastercard. The promotion is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The Great Outlet Sale runs from 1 to 4 October 2026 at Changi City Point, giving shoppers four days to explore deals across 56 outlet brands and enjoy additional shopping, dining and tourist rewards.
