AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026 Brings Well-being Economy Conversations to Singapore

Singapore is hosting AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026 from 8 to 12 September, bringing together leaders, businesses, organisations and communities to explore how economies can better support the well-being of people and the planet. The five-day gathering is convened by TPC (Tsao Pao Chee) and NO.17 Foundation, with its public facing Well-being Economic Forum and Festival taking place at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre from 9 to 11 September.

This year’s theme, “What if Love Became Infrastructure?”, examines how care, responsibility and greater coherence could be incorporated into institutions, investments and communities. The organisers describe love in this context as coherence between how people see the world and how they act within it, with the aim of moving the concept of a Well-being Economy from an idea into practical systems and action.
AT ONE IMPACT WEEK is structured around two connected components. The Well-being Economic Forum focuses on how to build the systems required for a Well-being Economy, while the AT ONE all is well Festival looks at the human qualities and behaviours needed to support that transformation. Together, they follow TPC’s I-to-We pathway, moving from individual awareness to relational responsibility, institutional stewardship and action for the wider system.

The programme is organised around four ecosystems of transformation: Urban, which focuses on reimagining cities as living systems; Rural, which looks at regenerating landscapes and livelihoods; Ocean, which focuses on restoring the foundations of life; and Human Consciousness, which addresses the inner foundations of leadership. The Human Consciousness ecosystem also explores new approaches to leadership and management, including programmes and learning designed to help leaders better understand the systems around them.

Four infrastructures support these ecosystems: Capital, Energy & Nature, Human Development, and Community & Culture. The organisers say these areas recognise that transformation cannot happen through capital alone, and also requires partnerships, platforms, leadership, communities and other conditions that allow solutions to work together.

TPC’s investment focused approach is built around six pillars: Well-being, Climate & Nature, Energy Transition, Food Systems, Circular Economy, and Human Construct. These cover areas ranging from human development and regenerative environmental systems to community centred energy, regenerative food models, converting waste to value and sustainable industrialisation and the built environment.

East West exchange is another central theme of the week. Through discussions spanning business, leadership, capital, technology, culture and human development, participants will examine how different experiences, capabilities and traditions can contribute to the development of a Well-being Economy. Programmes such as China at Scale will also explore opportunities for greater exchange between Eastern and Western perspectives.

AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026 features more than 180 programmes and experiences covering topics including climate, oceans, nature, energy transition, cities, philanthropy, storytelling, systems change and human development. The programme includes plenaries, cross sector roundtables, partner led programmes, private dialogues, cultural experiences, immersive installations, leadership development sessions, networking opportunities and announcements and commitments.
The public programme opens on 9 September with “A New Generation of East West Relations”, running from 9:30am to 11:45am. The week will conclude on 11 September with “When Love Becomes Infrastructure: From Inner Awareness to the Earth System Agenda”, scheduled from 2:15pm to 4:30pm. The closing session will bring together themes and commitments developed throughout the week, with key announcements and agreements also expected.

Singapore’s Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, Grace Fu Hai Yien, is the Guest of Honour at the Opening Ceremony. The event features more than 450 speakers from over 100 organisations, including TPC Chairman Chavalit Frederick Tsao, former U.S. Vice President and Climate Reality Project Founder and Chairman Al Gore, UN Secretary General’s Special Envoy for Ocean Peter Thomson, Mission Blue President and Chairman Sylvia Earle, Sunway Centre for Planetary Health Executive Director Tan Sri Dr Jemilah Mahmood, and Mars Board Member Stephen Badger.

The wider network supporting AT ONE IMPACT WEEK includes National Geographic and the World Economic Forum as Ecosystem Partners, Temasek Foundation as Co-Creation Partner, NO.17 Foundation Coalition partners and more than 100 other partner organisations and contributors working across areas including climate, oceans, nature, cities, philanthropy, storytelling, systems change and human development.

For the first time in Singapore, AT ONE IMPACT WEEK will also feature AT ONE all is well, a Well-being Festival co-curated by OCTAVE and The Wolfpack. Rooted in the philosophy of OCTAVE Living, the Festival focuses on the inner foundations of well-being and leadership through experiences designed around the progression from “I” to “We” to “All Life”.

Festival activities centre on eight Living Habits: Breathing, Moving, Eating, Sleeping, Stillness, Worldview, Middleway and Celebration of Life. Through curated experiences, conversations and practices, the Festival aims to encourage greater awareness, connection and collective flourishing.

With its combination of economic dialogue, leadership development, community engagement and experiential programming, AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026 aims to connect different forms of capital, expertise and experience and encourage collaboration beyond the event itself. The organisers say the relationships, ideas and commitments developed during the week will continue through new collaborations, investments, initiatives and commitments beyond September 2026.
