Matcha lovers have a new afternoon tea to check out this July and August. The Landing Point at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore is serving its Matcha Expressions Afternoon Tea, built around usucha-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto.

The set runs daily from 1 July to 31 August 2026, with two seatings from 12pm to 2.30pm and 3.30pm to 6pm. It is priced at S$68++ per adult and S$34++ per child aged six to 11.

The set opens with the Citrus Baba Savarin, served with green tea crème and yuzu curd for a light, citrusy start before moving into the savouries.

From there, the savoury selection brings together seafood, richer flavours and other teatime favourites.
The Norwegian Smoked Trout comes with matcha cream cheese and ikura, with the salty roe adding a nice pop to the creamy filling.

The Boston Lobster is paired with yuzu-matcha mayonnaise and nori caviar, giving the lobster a brighter, slightly citrusy finish.

The Tuna Tataki is served with kohlrabi and sesame-matcha aioli, so there is a little crunch and nuttiness to it.

The Duck Rillettes comes with matcha fig compote and cornichon, which helps balance out the richness of the duck. It was fragrant and surprisingly tasty.

The Classic Cucumber Sandwich is a familiar and refreshing option, especially in between the heavier savouries.

The Truffle Egg Salad is creamy and familiar, with enough truffle flavour to stand out without taking over the rest of the set.

After that, the sweets come in with a mix of soft cakes, creamy desserts, mochi and citrusy bites.
The Chitose Strawberry Matcha Shortcake combines vanilla chantilly, strawberry and matcha pain de Gênes for a soft and fruity treat.

The Matcha Yuzu Pecan is one of the more layered desserts, with caramelised pecan praline, yuzu dark chocolate and whipped matcha ganache.

The Matcha Cheesecake is smooth and creamy, finished with matcha glaze and graham crumbs for a familiar, easy-to-like bite.

The Matcha Raspberry pairs matcha chiffon sponge and matcha crémeux with raspberry confit, which gives the dessert a tart lift.

The Matcha Custard Mochi comes with azuki red bean and custard, giving you a chewy texture with a comforting Japanese-style flavour combination.

Each set also comes with a complimentary glass of matcha, served warm or iced. On top of that, guests can choose from an assortment of Bacha Coffee and TWG Tea, with two drinks included per set.
