Residents and families come together for an evening of festivities and community bonding at OTH Festival 2026.
Families and residents can look forward to a unique celebration of culture, community and family bonding as OTH Festival 2026: The Great Tampines Kueh-scape transforms Town Square at Our Tampines Hub (OTH) into an immersive festival destination inspired by Singapore’s multicultural heritage.
Officially launched by Masagos Zulkifli, Minister for Social and Family Development and Adviser to Tampines GRC Grassroots Organisations, the festival runs from 20 to 28 June 2026 in support of the National Family Festival 2026 organised by Families for Life.
Designed to strengthen family ties and encourage meaningful interactions among neighbours and friends, the nine-day festival brings together immersive installations, live performances and interactive activities that invite visitors of all ages to connect through shared experiences.
This year’s theme, The Great Tampines Kueh-scape, draws inspiration from Singapore’s rich and diverse food culture. Reimagining traditional kueh as larger than life experiences, the festival celebrates the stories, traditions and cultural connections that have been passed down through generations. Found across different ethnic communities, kueh serves as a symbol of Singapore’s shared heritage while showcasing the unique customs that make each culture distinct.
Expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors, OTH Festival continues to play a key role in community engagement by bringing together residents, schools, organisations and community partners in a collective celebration of family, friendship and cultural diversity.
Among the festival’s highlights is the Kueh Gym, a playful attraction featuring oversized kueh inspired installations where families can climb, explore and enjoy quality time together. Visitors can also contribute personal memories and family traditions to the Community Wall, creating a visual showcase of the diverse stories that make up the Tampines community.
Adding a theatrical element to the festivities is Kueh on the Run, an interactive stage production that explores themes of acceptance, belonging and community spirit through humour and storytelling. Families can also participate in the Family Digital Game Hunt, organised in collaboration with Tampines Mall, which encourages participants to explore the festival grounds through teamwork and discovery.
Beyond these signature experiences, visitors can enjoy a packed programme of entertainment and activities throughout the June school holidays. The festival features aerial performances, multicultural drumming showcases, community sing-alongs, live music performances and fitness sessions, creating numerous opportunities for residents to gather, participate and celebrate together.
Residents are encouraged to visit OTH Festival 2026: The Great Tampines Kueh-scape from 20 to 28 June and experience the wide range of family friendly activities, performances and community led programmes taking place across the festival grounds.
