METT Singapore Unveils Riviera Champagne Brunch with Mediterranean Dining, Prestige Champagne and Poolside After-Party

METT Singapore is launching a new luxury weekend brunch experience with the debut of the Riviera Champagne Brunch on Saturday, 16 May 2026, bringing together Mediterranean dining, free-flow prestige Champagne, live entertainment and a day-to-night social atmosphere set within the greenery of Fort Canning Park.

The weekly experience takes place across L’Amo Bistrò del Mare and Canning Bar & Lounge from 12pm to 3pm before continuing into an energetic after-party at Canning Bar & Lounge from 3pm to 7pm. Designed as a Riviera-inspired weekend escape, the brunch combines live musicians, roaming performances, DJ sets and poolside entertainment in a vibrant social setting.

Curated by METT Singapore’s Food and Beverage Director Chef Daniele Sperindio, the Mediterranean brunch menu at L’Amo Bistrò del Mare focuses on premium seafood and elevated coastal flavours. Guests can expect freshly shucked oysters, Canadian lobster, Italian antipasti, artisanal pastas, charcoal grilled specialties and roaming bites created for communal dining and social grazing. Interactive tableside presentations, butler-passed cocktails and live culinary stations add to the lively atmosphere, while lemon sorbets served in lemon cups offer a playful finish to the brunch.

The beverage programme features free-flow Champagne options including Boizel Brut Réserve, Ruinart Rosé and Krug Grande Cuvée. As brunch transitions into the evening, the celebration continues with resident DJs, cocktails, roaming pinsa and poolside festivities at Canning Bar & Lounge.

Available every Saturday from 16 May 2026, the Riviera Champagne Brunch is priced from $228++ per person for the Riviera Champagne experience with free-flow Boizel Brut Réserve Champagne. The Riviera Rosé experience featuring Ruinart Rosé Champagne is priced at $418++, while the Riviera Prestige experience with Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne and pool access is available at $888++. Guests looking for a complete weekend staycation can opt for the Weekend Riviera Experience at $1,188++, which includes Krug Grande Cuvée Champagne, pool access and an overnight hotel stay with breakfast. A non-alcoholic option with food and free-flow non-alcoholic beverages is also available from $158++ per person.

From 3pm to 7pm, brunch guests can continue the celebrations at the after-party with one complimentary drink included alongside DJ-led entertainment and poolside activities. Guests may also add free-flow wines, rosé and cocktails from $78++, while roaming pinsa service from 5.30pm keeps the lively atmosphere going into the evening.
