Arcc Spaces Expands in Raffles Place with New Bank of Singapore Centre Workspace Opening in June 2026

Arcc Spaces has announced plans to open its newest flexible workspace property at Bank of Singapore Centre in Raffles Place, with the new location set to launch in June 2026.

Located at 63 Market Street, the new property will span Levels 5, 6 and 7 of the building, covering 25,782 square feet designed around the idea that modern workspaces should prioritise human connection as much as productivity. The new development aims to cater to professionals and businesses seeking a more flexible yet premium headquarters presence in Singapore’s Central Business District.

The launch comes at a time when Singapore’s Grade A office supply is expected to tighten significantly over 2026 and 2027, with projected completions estimated at only one third of historical demand levels. Arcc Spaces positions the new property as an alternative for companies that want the prestige and permanence of a CBD address without committing to long term traditional office leases.

The company noted that multinational corporations are increasingly adopting flexible first strategies that focus on right sizing office footprints while maintaining a central headquarters presence. This remains especially important for sectors such as finance and legal services, where physical offices in the CBD continue to play a key role in credibility, trust and security.

Designed with a residential influence, the new Arcc Spaces property moves away from conventional corporate aesthetics in favour of warm materials, earthy tones and organic textures. Deep oranges, terracottas and ochres are incorporated throughout the space alongside biophilic design elements and greenery set against views of the Marina Bay skyline.

Rather than following a standardised template, Arcc Spaces says each of its locations is individually designed to reflect its surrounding architecture, city and community. The Bank of Singapore Centre property continues this philosophy with a layout intended to feel more lived in and comfortable over time.

The workspace will include bespoke enterprise suites, secluded alcoves, business lounges and collaboration spaces designed for both focused work and informal interactions. Larger organisations will also have access to custom spatial layouts and branded interiors through Arcc Spaces’ in house design team.

Beyond office facilities, members can expect access to meeting rooms, boardrooms, a dedicated members’ lounge, artisan pantry services and a curated programme of social events. The location will also host the company’s Being.Human series, which features conversations and showcases involving entrepreneurs, changemakers and authors.
