Huawei Unveils WATCH FIT 5 Series with Stylish Design and Smarter Wellness Features

Huawei has introduced the new HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series, bringing together sleek design and advanced health tracking in a smartwatch built for all day use. Designed as a 24-hour companion for users who value both style and performance, the latest series blends fashion forward aesthetics with upgraded fitness and wellness capabilities.

The WATCH FIT 5 Series arrives in a range of vibrant colour options aimed at self-expression. The standard model is available in Silver, Purple, White, Black, and Green, while the Pro edition comes in Orange, White, and Black. The Pro variant also features an oil filling process for enhanced colour depth, with the White version using aerospace grade nanoceramic material for added durability. Display upgrades are a key highlight, with the standard model offering a 1.82-inch screen and the Pro version expanding to 1.92 inches with ultra slim bezels. The Pro display reaches up to 3,000 nits of brightness, ensuring visibility even under strong sunlight.

On the fitness front, the series introduces a new mini workout mode designed for quick and accessible exercise sessions. This feature provides guided workouts that can be completed in short bursts without the need for equipment, making it suitable for busy lifestyles. For outdoor users, the watch includes automatic cycling detection with real time power and cadence tracking. The Pro model adds more specialised features such as access to over 17,000 golf course maps worldwide, complete with a dynamic green view for better shot planning, as well as trail running support powered by Huawei’s Sunflower Positioning System, offering precise tracking, elevation data, and estimated arrival times.

Health monitoring has also been enhanced, with the Pro edition integrating an ECG app and pulse wave arrhythmia analysis to detect irregular heart rhythms such as atrial fibrillation and premature beats. These tools provide users with timely insights into cardiovascular health. The series also supports women’s health tracking using a high precision thermal sensor to monitor wrist temperature changes, helping to predict menstrual cycles and ovulation windows.

Battery performance is another focus, with the WATCH FIT 5 Series equipped with high silicon battery technology that delivers up to 10 days of usage under light conditions and around 7 days with typical use. This extended battery life is designed to support continuous tracking and daily activities without frequent charging.

The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series will be available for pre order from 24 May 2026 at 8 PM through Huawei’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, with prices starting from $198. An early bird promotion running until 10 June offers an additional $10 discount via platform vouchers, along with bundled perks including a one-year APAC warranty, a one-month Huawei Health Plus membership, and a one-month Watch Face VIP membership.

Following the pre order period, the series will officially launch on 30 May 2026 at Huawei Experience Stores and authorised retailers such as Best Denki, Challenger, Courts, iShopChangi, and MetaPod.
