Singapore’s newest hidden food gem in the CBD has officially arrived.
ICON Link@ClubStreet, an underground dining, retail, and lifestyle destination, is now open on Basement 2 of Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre, bringing fresh vibrancy to the Chinatown–Telok Ayer district.
Stretching across nearly 20,000 square feet, the hub offers a fully sheltered, all-weather passageway between Chinatown and Telok Ayer MRT stations, giving office workers, residents, hotel guests, and tourists a seamless new way to explore the area.
More than just a connector, ICON Link@ClubStreet has been designed as a lively enclave where culture, cuisine, and convenience meet.
As a tribute to the district’s cultural legacy, ICON Link@ClubStreet has commissioned renowned Singapore visual artist Belinda Low to create two large-scale murals along its main walkway.
Echoes of Chinatown
This mural pays homage to the neighbourhood’s evolution, depicting everyday scenes of traditional trades—from the hardworking ma jie to a clog maker and a resting Samsui woman. It reflects a bygone era grounded in resilience, purpose, and craftsmanship.
Where the Street Meets Home
Capturing the joy and rhythm of old Chinatown, this artwork showcases a street musician inspired by a real-life performer once familiar to the area. The mural celebrates the spontaneous music and shared moments that once animated the streets.
Belinda Low, whose portfolio spans more than 100 murals across Singapore since 2013, brings her signature storytelling approach to both pieces, enhancing the character of this new underground space.
ICON Link@ClubStreet is home to over 20 F&B outlets, offering a culinary adventure that spans local flavours and international cuisines. Exclusive and notable highlights include:
Visitors will also find popular homegrown names such as Fun Toast, Mount Faber Nasi Lemak, Ah Gong Teochew Noodle, and Malaysia’s famed Teo Soon, which makes its first overseas appearance here.
