Yotam Ottolenghi Brings Flavour and Stories to Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand in 2026 Tour

World-renowned chef, author, and culinary storyteller Yotam Ottolenghi is set to embark on a live tour across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand in February 2026. Known for revolutionising modern cooking with his vibrant take on Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, Ottolenghi will take audiences on a flavourful journey through live demonstrations, inspiring stories, and the philosophy behind his celebrated dishes.

Kicking off in Singapore at Capitol Theatre on 9 February, the tour will continue through Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Bendigo, Melbourne, Hobart, Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, before concluding in Auckland on 21 February.

Audiences can expect more than just a cooking show. Ottolenghi’s evenings blend food, culture, and personal storytelling from his beginnings as a pastry chef to co-founding his iconic Ottolenghi delis, to writing bestselling cookbooks like Plenty, Jerusalem, and Simple, which have sold millions worldwide.

For many, Ottolenghi has redefined what it means to cook at home, introducing ingredients like pomegranate, za’atar, tahini, and sumac to everyday kitchens while showing how food can be both comforting and adventurous.

Tickets go on presale from 2 September and general sale from 4 September here. Singapore tickets are already available on SISTIC.
