Singapore Food Festival 2025 Hits the Road with Roving Food Truck City Tours

Singapore’s premier culinary celebration, the Singapore Food Festival (SFF), is taking a dynamic turn for its 32nd edition. Kicking off on 18 August 2025, the festival hit the road with its Food Truck City Tours, a roving pop-up designed to bring bold local flavours directly to the heart of where Singaporeans eat, work, and play.

Gone are the days of a single centralised location. This year, the festival is transforming city streets and weekend hangouts into vibrant street-side tasting grounds.

A fleet of food trucks, helmed by some of Singapore’s most exciting culinary talents, will serve inventive spins on local favourites, making it easier than ever to savour the essence of SFF on the go.

The Alvinology team got a first taste at the inaugural stop at Ocean Financial Centre and was thoroughly impressed.

The Maha Co by Yung Raja

Highlights included the bold South Indian–Mexican fusion Dosa Tacos from The Maha Co by Yung Raja and the crowd-pleasing offerings from Hello Arigato.

What to Expect at the Food Truck Stops

Throughout August and September, the food truck convoy will make pit stops at various high-traffic locations, including:

  • Ocean Financial Centre
  • Keppel South Central
  • Downtown East
  • Geneo

Attendees can expect a diverse menu of creative local flavours.

Signature dishes from the first stop also included Lasooni Chicken Tikka, Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Taco, Laksa with Baby Abalone, Tiger Prawn Massaman Curry, and rich Wagyu Beef Rendang from IHG chefs.

All the good stuff from IHG
