Thai Supermarket Celebrates SG60 with Street Eats, New Food Kiosks & Irresistible Deals

Singapore’s “Little Thailand” just turned the heat up a notch. This August, Thai Supermarket at Aperia Mall is rolling out a flavour-packed SG60 celebration complete with wallet-friendly food deals and the debut of two new food kiosks, Pad Pad Thai and Yum Yum Tod Tod, adding even more buzz to its vibrant Food Street.

Since relocating from Golden Mile Complex to its sprawling 6,000 sq ft home in 2023, Thai Supermarket has evolved into a one-stop Thai lifestyle hub. Shoppers can stock up on authentic groceries, pamper themselves at nail and hair salons, dine at a cosy 64-seater restaurant, and now, savour Bangkok-style street food just steps away.

  • Slurp Noodle Bar: Mini Boat Noodles for just S
    • Slurp Noodle Bar: Mini Boat Noodles for just S$0.60 (60 portions daily) or Happy Hour Boat Noodles at S$6 from 4–7 PM.
    • The Crispy Crepes: XL Kanom Bueang (3 for S$6) and a nostalgic Milo Crunch Crepe (S$6).
    • Talad Thai Banana: Sweet Potato Balls with Sangkhaya Dip Pack (S$7), Happy Box (S$22 with free dips), or 3 Happy Boxes for S$60.
    • Pad Pad Thai: Signature Pad Thai for S$6 (U.P. S$8).

    Pad Pad Thai – Wok-Tossed, Street-Style Goodness

    The newly opened Pad Pad Thai serves up bold stir-fries hot from the wok. Highlights include:

    • Pad Thai (S$8): Sweet, savoury, and tangy perfection with chewy rice noodles.
    • Pad Kee Mao (S$7): Spicy Drunken Noodles with your choice of Maggi Mee or Kway Teow.
    • Thai Basil Stir-Fry (S$7): Chicken or pork with garlic, chilli, and holy basil, customise your spice level.

    Yum Yum Tod Tod – Isaan BBQ & Fried Favourites

    Known for smoky Northeastern Thai flavours, Yum Yum Tod Tod dishes out juicy Moo Ping skewers, crispy chicken skin, tangy salads, and fried snacks. Don’t miss:

    • Yum Woon Sen Lava (S$10): Singapore-exclusive vermicelli salad with minced meat and a zesty kick.
    • Homemade Fried Fish Bomb (S$5) with sweet chilli dip.
