Ging Sun Ho Singapore Serves Up Authentic Hong Kong Street-Style Cold Noodles and Handmade Mochi

Get ready for a taste of Hong Kong right in the heart of Singapore as Ging Sun Ho brings one of the city’s most beloved street snacks to life — Hong Kong Style Cold Noodles. Launching this June, this nostalgic bite is a must-try for fans of bold flavours, late-night eats, and a dash of street-style flair.

Served just like it is back in Hong Kong — chilled noodles in a plastic bag, loaded with garlic-rich sauce and a choice of mix-ins — the cold noodles come with a playful twist: eat them straight from the bag with bamboo skewers. Want a spicier hit? Add garlic or chilli oil for an extra punch.

Toppings are priced at just $1 each (with a minimum $4 order), with a line-up that includes octopus, shredded ham, seaweed salad, corn, crabstick, and more. Even better? The toppings will rotate regularly, so noodle lovers can remix their combo on every visit.

Styled to mimic a classic Hong Kong street stall, the cold noodle kiosk at Ging Sun Ho’s Singapore outlet delivers the full experience — clear bags of ingredients on display, the aroma of garlic and chilli in the air, and that crave-worthy umami-packed housemade sauce.

To celebrate the launch, Ging Sun Ho is also treating students to a “Back to Cool” giveaway. From 30 June to 21 July, every Monday between 3pm and 5pm, students can score a free serving of cold noodles with three toppings — just follow @gingsunho.sg on Instagram, flash your student pass, and show the promo post at the counter. Limited to 25 redemptions per Monday, it’s the perfect post-class snack.
